In a statement, Yayasan Hasanah trustee and managing director Datuk Shahira Ahmed Bazari reflected, ‘Our inaugural forum in 2021 challenged us to rethink the notion of ‘doing good,’ moving beyond a charity mindset to embrace rights-based and justice-focused interventions.’
During the forum, the Malaysian Craft Council (MCC) showcased the rich heritage of Malaysian arts and crafts, demonstrating how philanthropy can play a crucial role in preserving and uplifting cultural traditions.
